Excellent first experience as a new patient. Amber was fantastic. She listened carefully, offered thoughtful solutions, and handled all of my medication refills seamlessly. She was proactive, thorough, and made sure everything was addressed during my establishing visit. The clinic itself is very streamlined and efficient. From the initial phone call to the front desk experience, everything felt organized and easy. Stephen, the MA, was professional, helpful, and welcoming, as was the rest of the staff. I also appreciated the guidance on using the patient portal. Knowing messages are reviewed morning and night and typically handled within 24 hours is very reassuring and something many practices do not do well. Records transfer, same day testing, and clear follow up were all handled smoothly. There was a bit of a wait, but the quality of care more than made up for it.
